Referral Service, Not a Lender
TKU Chronicle is a referral service that introduces borrowers to licensed third-party lenders. We do not advance funds, make credit decisions, or determine the terms of any loan. Any loan you obtain is an agreement between you and the lender.
Cost of Borrowing
Payday loans are a high-cost form of short-term credit and are not designed to serve as a long-term financial solution. The maximum cost of borrowing is established by each province and territory. By way of illustration, a fee of $15 per $100 borrowed over two weeks equates to a very high annual percentage rate.
Before signing, always examine the total dollar cost, the annual percentage rate, and the repayment date set out in your loan agreement.
No Guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each lender evaluates applications against its own criteria, and neither approval, loan amount, nor terms are guaranteed by TKU Chronicle.
Borrow Responsibly
Borrow only what you are able to repay by the due date. If you are facing ongoing financial difficulty, explore lower-cost alternatives and free credit-counselling resources before taking on high-cost credit.
